We have a team of fully qualified Gas Engineers to assess your boiler and give you a no obligation quote to repair it.

We do charge a £65 call out fee for breakdowns this will cover the first hour.

Most boilers we aim to repair within the hour.

LPG boiler? Oil boiler? No problem We can help.

Emergency boiler repairs

There is never a good time for your boiler to break down.

We at Brightstar though can make it as painless as possible. We will get an engineer to you the same day if possible. And if you are elderly or have young children we will prioritise your call to get your boiler fixed as soon as we can.

Boiler leaking?  Drilled through a pipe?

We will give you advise over the phone then make you a priority to keep you safe and get the problem fixed!

Just let us know when you call that it’s an emergency repair you require and we will get to you as soon as we can.

After 6pm call out charges apply. A minimum of one hour labour charged.    (Charges in 30min increments thereafter)

6pm-midnight       2 x hourly rate

Midnight – 7am     3 x hourly rate

Our daytime hourly rate for domestic Gas is £65 per hour   (not £90 plus VAT like some Companies!!!)

If you smell Gas or suspect Carbon Monoxide is leaking from your boiler

• Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999
• Switch off the appliance and shut off the gas supply at the meter control valve
• Open all doors and windows to ventilate the room
• Visit your GP and tell him/her that you believe you may have been exposed to carbon monoxide
